The World of Ever
Ever is a continent separated from its neighboring regions by an unforgiving mountain range and a vast desert known as Never. For the last several centuries, the Holy Order has reigned supreme over each of the many countried within the continent. In recent years, the foundations of Ever have been shaken by invasion and revolutionary war, loosing the grip the Order holds on its nations. Nations either declare independance or fight to maintain the Order's position of power as the continent is pitched into turmoil.
Lavender's Legend
King Meavian the XIII leads a holy war against the heretical church of Amonun. This long war has taken a great toll on his prosperous nation of Meave. All able men are sent to the battlefield, leaving the country in the hands of its women and a few old dogs no longer fit for war.
Following a prophecy fortold at the birth of his first child, King Meavian XIII has kept his daughters under careful lock and key. Princess Lavender, the fourth daughter of Meavian XIII, cannot remember her own father's face. She spends her days locked with a beautiful manor waited upon hand and foot by her loyal maids.
