What is Emerald Winter?
Emerald Winter is one of many great webcomics you can read online free of charge. We update each Tuesday (and plan to update more frequently in the near future). To start reading, just go to the first page! If you'd like to know more about what's going on, visit the Story and characters sections.

What is the story about?
Emerald Winter is the weaving together of many individuals' stories in a foreign world where the finality of death is questionable. It begins from the perspective of Rien Everazure, a young man who due to a mixed heritige is unwelcome in his homeland. Rien has to find the courage and strength of will not only to combat monsterous creatures and the undead, but to take control of his own life.

Creators: Jamie Jennings and Brandon England
Brandon and I have been working together on Emerald Winter since long before I first started the online comic. Since then, I've rewritten and redrawn the comic, but Brandon still helps with his creative input (and moral support).

I'm currently working on two webcomics: Emerald Winter and Lavender Legend, which you can also read for free online. In addition to that I also work on commission for other writers and artists.

I am currently looking for work and I am open to commissions. If you would like an art commision, please refer to my prices page. I work on a basis of first-come-first-serve. If you would like me to work on a comic or join a team, please understand that I do not work for free or for "exposure" although I may agree to work at lower prices for that. Can I have your AIM/MSN/YIM to hang out?
I keep my instant messaging private, and I am often not online because I am working. If you want to chat with me, the best place to do so is at our forum where you can either start a topic or send me a private message. I also check the chatbox on the main page so you can get my attention there, too.

Why do you take donations/Why do I have to pay for contribution gifts?
Emerald Winter is entirely free to read, so think of donations as being like a tip for the artist. I created the special images as an incentive to make it feel more as if you are buying something from me when you donate. These images will also be available as prints once I am equipped to offer them.
